HSS Rehabilitation National Network

The HSS Rehabilitation National Network is the first hospital-managed membership network of recommended therapy providers. 

Founded in 1994, our membership includes over 200 outpatient physical and occupational therapy facilities located throughout the New York tri-state area, Florida, Washington D.C. and North Carolina; as well as Associate members nationally. For patients who cannot utilize HSS for their outpatient rehabilitation, it provides a resource for locating exceptional, convenient therapy providers in their own communities.

The application process evaluates your credentials, provision of care, facilities, and scope of service.

Member Location minimum qualifications:

  • No physician ownership
  • Facility wheelchair accessible and open full time
  • Operational for more than 12 months
  • Schedule three or fewer patients per hour/per therapist
  • Have a comprehensive operational policy and procedure manual
  • Clinic director with three or more years of experience

Associate Member minimum qualifications:

  • No physician ownership
  • Minimum 24 hours of practice per week
  • Schedule three or fewer patients per hour
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience
